Harvard Business School graduate Mireia Llusia-Lindh founded luxury leather accessories label DeMellier in 2017, focussing on traditional artisanship and social responsibility as the cornerstones of her brand. Shoulder bags, clutches and cross-body satchels are crafted in a family-owned factory in southern Spain – some requiring up to 12 artisans and over 50 pieces of leather to complete – using materials strictly accredited by the FSC and European Leather Working Group. The result is a collection of heirloom-grade pieces rendered from leather, raffia and lustrous lamé, and finished with polished metal accents.
